Designed and built the hotel's public website — room listings, live availability, and a direct booking flow that keeps commission in-house instead of going through third-party listing sites.

Handles direct bookings across four room types without going through an OTA.

Built a dashboard that tracks performance down to the individual room: revenue per booking, per room type, per day. What used to live in scattered spreadsheets is now one live view.
